These Vegetarian Avocado Chocolate Truffles are so easy to do, just 6 ingredients! Chocolate and avocado is a whole new taste. A perfect gluten-free dessert!

 1 Scoop Whey Iso Burst Chocolate
 2 Ripe Avocados
 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
 2 tbsp Almond Milk
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  tsp Salt
 ¼ cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

Put the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave in 20-sec increments.

Mix the avocado meat, maple syrup, salt and the protein scoop in a blender. Add the melted chocolate and continue mixing until smooth.

Leave the mix in the freezer for 15 minutes. Use a melon baller to scoop chocolate in balls. Spread shredded coconut on them.

Serve immediately and enjoy these choco-treats. Better consume within 24 hours.
