 ½ cup Raw nuts or seeds
 ½ tsp Cinnamon
 ½ cup Unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
 4 Pitted dates
 1 tbsp Coconut oil
 1 Scoop Whey Iso Burst Vanilla
Fruit filling
 2 cups Fresh or frozen fruit
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp honey

Add the crust ingredients in a blender until they are finely ground. Put 2 tablespoons of the crust in 6 mason jars.

Pulse the fruit filling ingredients in the blender until smooth. Add 3 tablespoons of the fruit filling on top of each crust.

Refrigerate in the freezer for 5 minutes.
