An easy peasy no-bake recipe for a pure natural energy treats. Including avocado and Hemp Hearts this is a great boost for your Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.

For the Crust
  tsp Sea Salt
  cup Hemp Hearts
 ½ cup Coconut Oil
 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
 ½ tsp Almond Extract
For the Tart filling
 2 Ripe Avocados
  tsp Sea Salt
 ½ cup Coconut OIl
 ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  cup Maple Syrup
 ¾ cup Key Lime Juice

Mix all the ingredients for the tart crust in a bowl and stir until you can form sticky balls.

Split the crust mixture in a muffin pan and press them in the bottom to create tart crusts.

Add all the ingredients for the pie filling in a mixer. Blend until smooth.

Fill the tart crusts with the mixture.

Put the muffin pan into the freezer for 30 minutes and help yourself with a knife to release the tarts from the mould.

Enjoy the tarts as a pre or post-out treat. Try to eat just one of these at a time!
