Ingredients:

1 Scoop Whey Iso Burst Vanilla

75 g Brown Rice Crisp Cereal

120 g Almond Butter

170 g Raw Honey

1 Tbsp of Cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a glass bowl, mix honey and almond butter. Make sure they both have melted completely so it is easier to mix. 

2. Add cinnamon and protein powder and mix together using a spatula.

3. Now add brown rice cereal at a time and fold in.

4. Spread the mixture in ice molds. 

5. Store them in the fridge for 20 minutes.

6. Use these tasty treats for whenever you are craving or as fuel for your workout!
