Shake well for 15 seconds. Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, take (1) scoop 30 minutes prior to workout with 10-12 oz of water.

Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is only intended for healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Before using this product consult with your physician, especially if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have or suspect you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, glaucoma, overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability), difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medication. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
