Shake well for 15 seconds. Directions for Use: Take 1 scoop one time a day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) Immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. 1 scoop. 10-12 oz of preferred beverage.
