Adults 19 years and older: 1 scoop 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) to ensure that the powder is drinkable immediately before consumption. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. For occasional use only. Athletic support: Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effect. Helps (temporarily) to promote alertness and wakefulness, to increase resistance to stress in individuals with a history of chronic stress, thereby improving their overall quality of life, and to enhance cognitive function.

Warnings
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, stop use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability), if you have liver disease, kidney disease and/or a seizure disorder, if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer, prior to use if you have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder, sexual dysfunction or erectile dysfunction, if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression, if you are taking any other medications or natural health products, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness, if you have a liver disease, kidney disease, an iron deficiency, and/or a seizure disorder and/or if you are of childbearing age or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. This product provides 140 mg Sodium per day. Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt substitutes. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Caffeine may cause anxiety, rapid heart rate (tachycardia), palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Stop use if hypersensitivity/ allergy occurs. May cause digestive problems.

Storage
Store in airtight container, protected from light. Keep in a cool dry place. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
