Shake well for 15 seconds. 1 scoop. 10-12 oz of preferred beverage. Shake well for 15 seconds. Direction for Use: As a dietary supplement, take (1) scoop 30 minutes prior to workout with 10-12 oz of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is only intended for healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Before using this product consult with your physician, especially if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication or if you have or suspect you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, glaucoma, overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor) or any other medication. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery. Consult a health care practitioner/health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician for use beyond 3 months. Shake tub before each use. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
