A source of antioxidants and a factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps maintain/support immune function/system. Helps to maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients and proper muscle function. Recommended Dose: Adults (19 years and older): Take 5 capsules once a day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Warnings
Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure medication, protease inhibitors, antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy, or any other prescription medications as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, autoimmune disorder, gallstones, kidney stones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, heart condition, liver disorder, or an iron deficiency. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice). Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
