How To Use
Recommended use or purpose: Source of protein for the maintenance of good health. Source of protein which helps build and repair body tissues. Source of amino acids involved in muscle protein synthesis. Assists in the building of lean muscle [tissue/mass] when combined with regular [weight/resistance] training and a healthy balanced diet. Source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Source of calcium, magnesium and potassium for the maintenance of good health. Helps to maintain normal electrolyte balance. Helps to maintain proper muscle function. Helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and bone development. Recommended Dose - Adults: Take 1 scoop (13 g) of EAA9 during weight training or any athletic event. Mix product well in 12-16 fl oz (354 ml -473 ml) of liquid (water, juice, etc.). May be used on non-training days. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food. Recommended duration: For occasional use only. For use beyond 8 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
