Directions for Use: Take 1 scoop one time a day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.

Warnings
Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Consult with a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking levodopa. Consult with a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or kidney disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet.
