How To Use

(Adults 19 Years & Older) Mix 1 scoop (10.5g) with 250ml of cold water immediately before consumption. Consume 60 to 90 minutes before exercising. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Duration of Use: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
Warnings
Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if those symptoms occur. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have detrusor instability. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney disorder. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May result in weight gain. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Reduce the dose if Flushing, tingling or prickling sensation of the skin occurs.
