Ingredients:

– 230 g / 8 oz low fat cottage cheese

– 1 Banana

– 60 g / 2 oz raw spinach

– 90 g / 3.2 oz chopped pineapple

– 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder

– Ice

Instructions:

1. Add cottage cheese, pineapple, matcha, banana and spinach to a blender. 

2. Increase the blender speed until everything is well mixed.

3. Add ice to make it refreshing.
