Here’s an easy to make Matcha Green Smoothie that is rich in protein. A great mix to fuel your body for the day. Great for post workouts as well!
– 230 g / 8 oz low fat cottage cheese
– 1 Banana
– 60 g / 2 oz raw spinach
– 90 g / 3.2 oz chopped pineapple
– 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
1. Add cottage cheese, pineapple, matcha, banana and spinach to a blender.
2. Increase the blender speed until everything is well mixed.
3. Add ice to make it refreshing.
4. Enjoy this healthy and high protein drink anytime in the day to fuel your body!
