It’s always a good time to start a new healthy meal plan and workout regimen. Below are three different types of meal plans and workouts. Fill out all of the information and it will generate the number of calories you should be eating in order to enter a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit means when your body is burning more calories than you consume, thus losing weight.
To go along with your meal plan there are three different workout regimens based on your skill level of training. Make sure before starting any of these workouts you warm up for at least 15mins before so you don’t pull any muscles or injure yourself while working out.
